We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and sharp Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time contract basis.

This role is simple but high-impact: you’ll be the person hitting “publish” on social posts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, ensuring content goes live on time, looks great, and represents the brand accurately. You’ll write clean, compelling captions, do a final pass for quality control on video edits, and send quick updates to clients when new content is ready.

While the hours are light (roughly 1–2 hours per day), this is a 7-days-per-week role, and consistency is key. If you’re someone who thrives on routine, doesn’t mind weekend check-ins, and is eager to grow with a fast-moving team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manually post short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Facebook videos) across multiple platforms
• Write captions that are platform-aware, engaging, and on-brand for each client
• Review video clips before they go live to ensure top-tier quality and accuracy
• Send simple client updates like “Your new clips are ready for review” (no heavy lifting here)
• Track content performance and deliver analytics reports weekly (every Sunday) and twice monthly (on the 2nd and 16th)
• Contractor position to start with the potential to become a full-time team member within 1–6 months
• You’ve done this before: 2+ years managing content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook
• You know what great content looks like and how to write captions that actually convert
• You’re meticulous with details and quality control is second nature to you
• You’ve got an iPhone or iPad (or ideally both) and know how to post content properly on mobile
• You’re tech-savvy and have strong, reliable Wi-Fi wherever you go
• You’re reliable 7 days a week, not glued to a desk, but dependable and consistent
• You’re growth-minded and excited to join a team long-term if it’s the right fit
• Previous experience working with content creators or digital marketing teams
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, ClickUp, and Slack
