We’re on a mission to revolutionize online shopping by making it engaging, interactive, and community driven. If you’re a creative and strategic social media expert passionate about eCommerce and social engagement, we’d love to have you on our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Chitchatshop’s brand voice and growth objectives. You will lead content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Influencer Collaborations:

oIdentify and establish relationships with relevant micro and mid-tier influencers to

promote Chitchatshop’s products and livestream sessions.

oDevelop influencer guidelines, manage influencer content schedules, and track

performance metrics.

oDevelop and implement a compelling social media content calendar that includes

promotional posts, influencer campaigns, livestream highlights, and community-

building content.

oCollaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing

graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

oWrite engaging captions and social media copy that reflect the Chitchatshop

brand voice and resonate with target audiences.

3.Community Management:

oEngage with Chitchatshop’s audience across social media platforms, responding

to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

oMonitor social media trends, user feedback, and emerging platforms to inform

content strategy and improve community engagement.

4.Analytics & Reporting:

oTrack, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, including engagement

rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.

oUtilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and achieve

monthly KPIs.

5.Brand Development:

oMaintain and enhance Chitchatshop’s brand identity across all social media

platforms.oCoordinate with the marketing team to align social media messaging with overall

marketing campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

•3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within eCommerce or

social commerce platforms.

•Existing large social network to rapidly engage influencers / college athletes.

•Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement on platforms such as

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

•Strong copywriting skills and creative content creation experience.

•Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and

analytics platforms.

•Proven track record of creating viral videos and video editing tools.

•Experience in influencer marketing and community engagement.

•Strong project management and communication skills.
