We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to fully manage and optimize their influential Instagram account and growing YouTube channel. Our client believes in the power of social media to connect, engage, and inspire.
The ideal candidate will handle daily operations, posting, moderation, analytics, and strategic direction independently, allowing the founder to focus on content creation. This role involves content that engages with themes of spirituality, personal purpose, self-improvement, and holistic personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Content Posting & Scheduling:
- Regularly post spiritually engaging and purpose-driven videos provided by the content team on Instagram and YouTube.
- Coordinate with the existing video production team for timely and resonant content delivery.
- Community Engagement & Moderation:
- Thoughtfully moderate and actively engage with audience comments and direct messages on Instagram and YouTube.
- Serve as the compassionate bridge between the audience and the founder, addressing inquiries and escalating significant interactions.
- Automation and Funnel Management:
- Manage ManyChat flows to nurture and convert audience interactions into meaningful engagements.
- Analyze metrics to enhance the user journey from social interaction to website conversion.
- Advertising Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the ads team on product launches or promotions that resonate with the audience.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Set up and manage a social analytics dashboard (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to measure KPIs.
- Provide insightful weekly reporting with actionable recommendations for strategy improvement.
- Strategy Development:
- Identify patterns in audience engagement to propose strategies for maximizing impact and audience growth.
- Innovate to enhance community connection.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Conduct biweekly calls to discuss major themes and strategic adjustments.
- Maintain consistent communication around ongoing activities and insights.
- Autonomy in Work:
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions without requiring constant oversight.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success managing and moderating large-scale, spiritually-oriented social media accounts (Instagram & YouTube).
- Proven experience with social automation (ManyChat), analytics platforms, and content management dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills and an intuitive, proactive approach.
- Exceptional moderation skills and a sensitive, authentic communication style.
- Ability to manage day-to-day social media operations independently.

- Deep familiarity and passion for spirituality, personal development, or holistic growth topics.
- Background in digital marketing, community management, or social strategy.
- Experience coordinating closely with creative and advertising teams.
