About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing the Social Media Team in executing organic social media efforts while taking ownership of key initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, highly organized, and eager to contribute to the growth of our brand’s online presence.
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness, including using new tools (like AI) to expand reach and increase efficiency
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms using scheduling tools like Sprout Social
- Build out an influencer strategy, including discovering and working with new influencers that are a fit by finding talent on social media and viral city pages that align with the brand
- Lead brainstorming and research efforts to create innovative content ideas aligned with brand voice and industry trends, and using the latest tools & technologies
- Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely responses and fostering community interaction
- Track and analyze organic social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Ensure brand consistency by following established style guides and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Conduct competitive and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth
- Own with influencer and brand partnership outreach, fostering relationships and collaborations
- Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging social media trends
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools; comfortable with AI software and use cases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in visuals and copy
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this role is:
102,300 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
