The puppy revolution starts here. As Puppy Sphere dominates North America, we're searching for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just follow trends - they create them. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the social media team, comprising full-time team members and local community managers in the city.
• Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives, driving measurable growth and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form video, photo, and copy content, ensuring alignment with Puppy Sphere’s cool-girl wellness tone and brand guidelines.
• Manage and maintain the social content calendar in Asana and Canva, clearly tracking deadlines, assets, and responsibilities.
• Lead city-level content creators, providing clear creative briefs, feedback, and oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality, on-brand content.
• Write compelling, on-brand captions that foster community interaction, boost engagement, and enhance our social media presence.
• Work with the marketing team to manage and grow relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and creators, supporting collaborations that expand audience reach and engagement.
• Regularly monitor and analyze social content performance, generating reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
• Complete biweekly social media reporting.
• Identify and leverage emerging social media trends, tools, and content formats, pitching new ideas and campaigns to maintain Puppy Sphere’s social innovation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Creative, Paid Media) and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging, campaign alignment, and content execution.
• Oversee content quality assurance, ensuring all materials align with established branding and meet strategic objectives.
• Develop shot lists, mood boards, and scripts for social-first campaigns, ensuring engaging storytelling, strong hooks, and clear calls to action.
• Develop the community strategy alongside the Director of Marketing to oversee community managers, create content, build local relationships, and generate leads for customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional social media management experience, ideally with wellness, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
• Proven experience driving measurable audience growth, engagement, and conversions on social platforms.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, comfortable scripting and guiding production of social-first content.
• Ideally, has experience in event marketing and lead generation.
• Strong proficiency in social scheduling, analytics, and content creation tools (Asana, Canva, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
