Hill Water Publishing is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Manager to help grow and support our digital presence across platforms. This is a full time remote role with consistent weekly hours and the opportunity to work closely with a mission-driven team that publishes emotionally powerful love stories.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and setting up social media accounts for authors and brand projects
• Following a clear content template for accounts set up and post creation
• Scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
• Managing comments and direct messages with professionalism and warmth
• Providing basic email and message based support as needed
• Are organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Have experience with creating content on Canva
• Can build branding kits at a quick rate
• Understand social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing
• Have an eye for visual alignment and consistency
• Are aligned with our mission to uplift women and publish stories rooted in real connection

Compensation:

$14/hour, full-time
