Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to join our Fahdu team at Ginie Digital. This role is centred around managing Fahdu’s social media presence across various platforms to enhance our brand visibility and engage effectively with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, plan, and execute our social media presence consistent with our marketing goals.
• Craft, schedule, and oversee daily posts across platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Use analytical tools to measure and report on social media performance, adapting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate engaging content, including videos and graphics, leveraging tools like Canva.
• Monitor social media trends and tools for changes that affect our competitive landscape.
• Interact with followers and respond to inquiries promptly to foster a positive community environment.
• Work closely with the Sales team to generate and pass on leads.
• Organize and partake in events to build community and foster brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a social media management role.
• Proficient in using social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Experienced with Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Knowledgeable in SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
