The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to help grow and engage our community across platforms — starting with LinkedIn.

You’ll help surface the best ideas from our speaker panels, package them into high-signal content, and build momentum around the Social Podium brand. This is part-time and async — perfect for someone sharp, creative, and self-directed.

️ What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute our social strategy
• Schedule content from our Wistia archive
• Create visuals, carousels, and captions from panel moments
• Monitor performance, engagement, and mentions
• Test new formats (e.g., speaker clips, quote graphics, topic polls)
• Expand our network of relevant voices and sponsors

What You Bring

• 2+ years in social media, brand, or editorial
• Strong writing and curation instincts
• Experience with tools like Descript, Canva, Metricool, Buffer
• An eye for story — and the ability to cut a 40-min video into a 20-sec gem
• Bonus: background in B2B, comms, or agency settings
