Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content aligned with our brand
• Collaborate with designers and product teams for promotional campaigns
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Identify and engage with influencers, customers, and partners to grow community
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• 3+ years managing social media for a brand, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong writing skills and eye for design
• Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Suite, etc.
• Creative thinker who can ideate fresh campaigns (UGC, reels, challenges, giveaways)
• Understanding of social commerce and engagement funnels
• Portfolio or samples of prior campaigns (attach links or social handles)
