About the Role

This role blends creative execution with strategic oversight. You’ll shape compelling brand storytelling, grow engaged communities, lead influencer programs, and collaborate across PR, paid media, and brand marketing to drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Create, film, edit, schedule, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social channels.
• Manage daily community engagement, including comments, DMs, and creator content, while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
• Lead influencer campaign planning and execution—from creative briefs and creator coordination through content delivery and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align social strategy with broader brand, PR, and paid-media goals.
• Track social KPIs, identify performance insights, and optimize campaigns in real time.
• Stay current on platform, cultural, and beauty-industry trends to inform content and channel strategy.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of social media marketing experience, ideally in beauty or lifestyle, or a related consumer category.
• Demonstrated experience managing influencer partnerships and content-driven campaigns from concept through execution.
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content-production skills.
• Proficiency with social platforms and editing tools such as CapCut, Splice, Canva, or similar tools.
• A proactive, organized, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
