Skin Gym is seeking a Social Media Manager in Los Angeles for a full-time, hybrid role. You will own the strategy and calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, crafting copy and steering campaigns from concept to execution.

You will lead content development, brief video editing and design, and be comfortable on camera to help elevate our beauty brand. Collaboration with founders and events will shape our social presence.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of social media experience with a consumer brand, ideally in beauty.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, freelancers, or creators.
• Proven ability to build and execute a cross-channel content strategy that drives growth.
• Strong copywriting and community management instincts.
• Proficiency with social analytics tools (Dash Social, Sprout Social) and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma).
• Based in Los Angeles with in-person availability 3+ days per week.

Role Description

This is a full-time role (hybrid schedule) for a Social Media Manager. The role involves planning, creating content, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms.

• Own the social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Write all copy and captions, and ideate campaigns from concept through execution
• Brief and direct video editing and design work to bring campaigns to life
• You must be comfortable in front of camera and be able to make content

Qualifications

• 4+ years of social media experience with a consumer brand, ideally in beauty or a related category
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, freelancers, or creators is a plus
• Proven ability to build and execute a cross-channel content strategy that drives real growth
• Strong copywriting and community management instincts
• Strong with social analytics tools (e.g. Dash Social, Sprout Social) to guide strategy, and comfortable with creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma)
• Based in Los Angeles, with the ability to work in-person 3+ days per week (photoshoots, events, meetings with founders)
