Job Summary

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing our brands’ social media strategies to increase online presence, engage and grow our audiences, and drive measurable results that support our marketing goals.

This role involves managing social media channels for our portfolio of brands, each with a distinct brand voice. This Manager will create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building vibrant online communities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple brands’ social media strategies at the national level aligned with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Develop and implement an always on social media presence including a regular cadence of content development, posts and calendar, while continually reviewing performance metrics to evolve as needed to engage our core audience.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and brand teams to produce content that supports campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Manage organic and paid social media campaigns working in collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams and/or agencies, executing content, defining audiences and ensuring goals are met.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Ensure all social media activities comply with brand guidelines and legal standards.
  • Provide strategic guidelines to franchisee’s who manage their own social channels (locally), while also gaining insights from local channels and implementing learnings at the national level.

Pay Range: $73,500-$95,000

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing social media channels for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience growth and engagement.
  • Experience with basic social media advertising management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign management is a plus.
  • Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment.
