Job description

Description

Social Media Manager

Full Location: Bengaluru - IN

This is a high-ownership role at the center of how ResultsCX shows up in the world. You will own and manage every corporate social profile for ResultsCX and its brands — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube — writing and publishing the posts, running the calendar, and protecting a consistent, on-brand voice.

The hardest and most rewarding part is reaching across a global organization: you will work closely with stakeholders in many locations to surface stories from on-site events and employee moments, and grow followership with the audiences that matter most. Our creative services team supports you on design, though you are comfortable getting hands‑on in tools such as Canva.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Greater visibility — grow the reach and reputation of ResultsCX across every target audience.
  • A stronger employer brand — drive employee engagement and position ResultsCX as a preferred employer.
  • A consistent presence — keep ResultsCX on-brand and on‑voice across all channels.
  • Measurable growth — grow followership and engagement with the right audiences and prove the impact month on month.
In This Role You Will
Own and run the channels
  • Own and manage all social channels — LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube — for ResultsCX and its brands.
  • Plan and run the monthly content calendar; write, curate, and publish content across every channel, including material from the website and global stakeholders.
  • Align to the corporate social strategy and its goals of visibility, lead generation, and employer branding.
Tell the ResultsCX story across the globe
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across geographies and time zones and coordinate with them on on‑site events and employee activities.
  • Surface the people, moments, and milestones behind those activities and turn them into social stories that strengthen the brand.
Amplify through leaders and employees
  • Shape, curate, and ghostwrite senior leaders’ thought‑leadership posts that build their presence and the brand’s.
  • Build and run an employee advocacy program that turns colleagues into active, credible amplifiers.
Engage and protect the brand
  • Monitor, listen, and respond on social in line with the brand’s position and values, keeping everything within the ResultsCX social media policy.
Bring the brand to life visually
  • Own design requirements for the channels with creative services and get hands‑on in tools such as Canva when speed matters.
Measure, learn, and grow
  • Set KPIs and targets and produce the monthly analytics and dashboard on schedule.
  • Benchmark against competitors and track share of voice.
  • Connect social activity back to the funnel and turn the numbers into clear insight and recommendations — not just reporting
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
  • 5–8 years in social media management, including at least 3 years independently managing corporate social media for a large enterprise — ideally a B2B IT or ITES organization.
  • A strong grasp of brand and the storytelling instinct to build traction across channels.
  • Polished writing — you can draft a post and publish it with confidence.
  • Command of social media analytics and Google Analytics, and the ability to build and read a dashboard.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and hands‑on use of AI tools to create and accelerate content.
  • A good eye for design and hands‑on comfort with tools such as Canva.
  • Proven stakeholder management across locations and time zones.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Able to influence without authority — you get things done through people who don’t report to you.
  • Diplomatic and culturally aware, at ease working across global teams.
  • A natural story radar — you spot the postable moment inside a routine update.
  • Organized under pressure, juggling several projects to deadline, with flexibility for occasional off‑hours global events.
  • An excellent communicator and a genuine team player
