Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff in social media and advertising departments
- Develop, implement, and manage operational goals; monitor performance and profit objectives
- Create organic social media strategy for multi-property region
- Align social, digital, and web strategies with property vision through regular leadership meetings
- Attend events and promotions to capture content, engage guests, and promote the brand
- Plan and manage property social-content production, including creative briefs, shot lists, schedules, access requirements, vendor proposals, filming permissions, talent coordination, deliverables, editing timelines, usage rights, approvals, and final asset organization.
- Create efficient staff schedules while managing labor costs and meeting guest satisfaction goals
- Oversee property-approved social-media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and other emerging or assigned channels.
- Serve as the property liaison for paid-social campaigns, coordinating briefs, audiences, budgets, assets, proof review, approvals, flight dates, quality assurance, campaign changes, and post-launch monitoring with corporate and agency partners.
- Maintain daily workflow and execute organic social media postings
- Partner with property departments and corporate teams to integrate social media into restaurant openings, hotel promotions, concerts, nightlife, sports partnerships, casino events, community activations, guest programs, and other revenue-driving initiatives.
- Coordinate with external public relations agencies and internal stakeholders to develop, review, approve, and distribute press releases, monthly casino and entertainment listings, media advisories, talking points, and other public‑facing communications to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and manage property reputation
- Create copy and imagery for organic social posts
- Ensure social content complies with brand standards, platform rules, promotional requirements, responsible‑gaming and responsible‑consumption standards, intellectual‑property and music rights, talent restrictions, required disclosures, privacy expectations, and internal approval processes.
- Conduct social media and internet research; provide market recommendations
- Collaborate with Corporate Design Studio for access to photo assets and usage rights
- Develop and manage property influencer and creator programs, including partner identification, vetting, outreach, negotiation support, campaign briefs, content requirements, attendance coordination, usage
