$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy for our brand, enhancing our online presence, and increasing engagement across various platforms. This role is crucial for connecting with our audience, promoting our products, and driving traffic to our website through effective social media campaigns.

This is a fully remote role, working 40 hours/week for approx. 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional content.
• Collaborate with brad and marketing team on influencer and UGC campaigns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social.
• Solid knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and drive strategy.
• Knowledge of Pinterest is a plus but not mandatory.
• Passion for nature, birds, or outdoor living is a major plus.
