If that sounds like you - we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for someone who is all over the latest social media trends with interest in the CPG industry to join our squad in a remote capacity. We want thinkers and doers, who want to put in work and reap the benefits from their efforts.
Your day-to-day will include working with one or more of our social media managers to assist with account and client management, and developing/executing growth strategies for select clients .

Responsibilities:
Associate Social Media Managers will provide support to an assigned Senior Social Media Manager on their full scope of daily tasks. The best Associate Social Media Manager has an innate ability for doing, for jumping in and providing support. By this we mean exemplifying a "roll-up your sleeves and get'er done" attitude while thinking proactively about what’s next every step of the way.
- Client Management: Interact with clients under the guidance of social media managers, learning how to manage relationships artfully, and build trust and confidence while positioning Sircle Media as a strategic resource and partner for business growth.
- Account Support: Complete deliverables that are accurate and timely. Assist with top-quality metrics and reporting focused on business impact and actionable insights.
- Strategic planning: Assist with the strategic planning process: creative development, flawless client presentations and tactical implementation. Recommend strategic programming to drive business to meet/exceed forecasts while executing programs within budget.
- Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other Associates and SMMs to share best practices and learnings for the benefit of other client accounts. Collaborate closely with the Associate Social Media Director — and get mentorship from paid and influencer leads — to expand your understanding of full-funnel strategy and how social media contributes to a brand’s larger marketing mix
- Collaborate with our full creative team (video, photography and graphic design), paid social analyst guidance, an influencer management department, and a group of directors to help ensure that you stick the landing for the brands you work with.
- Cross-Channel Learning: Participate in internal trainings and team touchpoints to gain foundational knowledge in paid social strategy and influencer campaign management, with opportunities to contribute to campaign execution over time.
- Content Creation: create UGC photos and videos and Instagram stories for the clients you work with.
The non-negotiables:
- Internship experience in social media and/or less than 2 years in an entry-level social media role, bonus if it’s in the CPG space.
- Experience in reporting and analytics, ability to synthesize data and apply it strategically.
- Strong interest in leading-edge social, content, and influencer marketing practices and activations within the industry.
- Experience in creating aesthetic UGC photos and videos, either personally or for a brand, that follow top trends and tell a story
- A genuine passion for the health and wellness space
- Project management skills to oversee multiple accounts
- Confidence in a client-facing role
- Working closely with colleagues and leveraging existing resources to get the job done
- A problem solver - if you see an issue, you’re already thinking about a solution
- An honest communicator with a positive attitude

Salary: $55K plus benefits including a 401K with automatic 3% company match, flexible PTO, insurance options and more
