Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our clients. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to ensure BRK and its clients stay ahead of the curve.

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop compelling, on-brand content for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Oversee content calendars to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging materials.

Community Management:

• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences across platforms to build relationships and foster loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using industry-standard tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.

Paid Social Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve client objectives.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to align on goals, share updates, and gather feedback.
• Present campaign ideas and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
