Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Social Media Analyst in Mountain View, CA to lead end-to-end channel launches, define brand presence, and serve as the on-camera talent. You will craft content strategies, shoot and edit content, and work with an agency to scale production for larger campaigns, building a repeatable system as the brand grows.

Responsibilities include real-time insights, trendjacking opportunities, and owning platform-native content across multiple channels, while maintaining a strong voice

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media manager and/or content creator with a strong portfolio.
• Experience launching new brand social channels is a plus.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with social media management tools for listening and engagement (e.g., Sprinklr, Plot).
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing self-shot or lo-fi content.
• Exceptional copywriting skills across platforms.
• Strong understanding of social trends and audience behavior.

Responsibilities

• Partner with creative and strategy teams to influence content development with real-time insights.
• Identify and execute trendjacking opportunities in an on-brand way.
• Own day-to-day engagement and create platform-native content across X, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Meta.
• Concept, create, and publish short- and long-form content including on-camera appearances and voiceovers.
• Develop content strategies and editorial calendars balancing planned campaigns with real-time opportunities.
