Job summary

KI is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the day-to-day social strategy from our Green Bay corporate office. You will craft channel strategies, content calendars, and campaigns for KI, Pallas Textiles, and KI Wall, driving brand growth through engaging content and data-driven optimization.

You’ll blend strategy, creation, and analysis, manage communities, and guide paid and organic efforts with measurable impact for the architecture and interior design audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media, digital marketing, or marketing communications.
• Proven success building brands through social channels.
• Portfolio showing strong social content and campaigns.
• Strong organic and paid social knowledge; paid mgmt experience preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube.
• Ability to translate performance data into recommendations.
• Excellent writing and visual sense for each platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
