Job summary

Bauer Hockey is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the brand across all owned social channels. You will turn product launches and athlete moments into compelling content, manage the content calendar, and work with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, and Athlete Relations teams.

The ideal candidate understands hockey culture from NHL to youth levels and can translate stories into engaging social strategies that drive brand affinity and sell-through.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management at the corporate level.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook.
• Experience with scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own platform publishing across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube/Shorts, and Facebook.
• Lead the social content calendar and newsroom, coordinating around product launches and athlete moments.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production to shape asset creation and platform requirements.
• Translate insights into proactive content concepts for Creative and Production.
• Partner with Marketing Ops to align social planning with business priorities and budgets.
