Job summary

Bauer Hockey in New Hampshire is recruiting a Social Media Manager to lead the brand across owned social channels, turning campaigns, product launches, and athlete moments into engaging social strategy. The role drives content, calendar management, and collaboration with Brand, Content/Creative, eCommerce, and Athlete Relations teams.

The ideal candidate understands hockey culture at all levels and can turn stories into content that performs, with the ability to lead real-time trends and respond

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media management experience at a corporate level.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook.
• Experience with social scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own platform-specific publishing across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube/Shorts, and Facebook with a focus on growth and brand consistency.
• Collaborate on brand voice and copy across all platforms.
• Lead the social content calendar and newsroom; coordinate around product launches and athlete moments.
• Work with Creative, Production, eCommerce, Paid Media and Influencer teams to align content and campaigns.
• Monitor sentiment, engage with the hockey community, and manage user-generated content opportunities.
• Track engagement and performance; prepare reports for stakeholders.
