Job summary

Bauer Hockey is seeking a Graphic Designer for social to ideate, design and produce marketing materials for Bauer Hockey’s social content engine. The role focuses on platform-specific design for IG, YT, TT and beyond, ensuring visuals stay on-brand while driving engagement across Bauer’s channels.

You should have 3+ years of social-focused graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with real social media work.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating original, contextual design on social channels.
• Experience following a brand style-guide.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute graphic design needs for Bauer Hockey launches and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to concept and influence design and content executions.
• Deliver assets optimized for social channels (IG, YT, TT).
• Maintain Bauer Hockey brand standards across platforms.
• Support content creation from ideation to production.
• Produce original designs under tight deadlines and within brand guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, category and channel teams.
• Stay up to date on social content trends and design tools.
