Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Digital Marketing teams, with a high attention to detail
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• May coach and review the work of other team members
• Develops and executes a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals
• Oversees all aspects of social media including content, analytics, customer interactions, etc.
• Manages a social media agency to assist with execution of the organizations strategy
• Develops social media strategies specific to our owned accounts, profiles, and channels
• Creates engaging and shareable content tailored for each platform, including text, image, and video content
• Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns
• Monitors and engages with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Plans and executes social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion
• Manages budget effectively and provides detailed performance reports
• Utilizes social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive
