Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Internship or hands-on experience in an advertising agency or social media team.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stay organized with multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day social publishing across client accounts.
• Publish and quality-check content across platforms.
• Monitor trends and cultural conversations.
• Assist with community management and audience research.
• Support reporting and learnings.
• Help identify and coordinate creators.
• Assist with pre-production and on-set needs.
• Collaborate with Social, Strategy, Creative and Account teams.
• Maintain calendars and trackers.
• Learn by doing and develop presentation skills.
