Job summary

The Power Group in Dallas is seeking an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to bring client brands to life through photography, video, and social-first storytelling. You will work with our digital, PR and account teams to turn approved strategies into engaging content.

Ideal candidates have zero to two years in social content, a portfolio, and proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite. The role includes a hybrid schedule and opportunities to grow in a supportive agency

Qualifications

Zero to two years in social media or content creation.
Portfolio with content you helped create.
Experience capturing and editing social-first photo/video content.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Capture and edit photos and short-form videos.
Write captions, hooks, scripts and on-screen text in each client’s brand voice.
Assist with content shoots, shot lists, mood boards and creative prep.
Create graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Build, organize and maintain monthly content calendars.
Schedule and publish content using Sprout Social.
Monitor social trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Support community management by monitoring and responding to comments.
Collaborate with digital, PR and account teams to support campaigns.
Attend client meetings and content shoots as needed.
