A Social Media Coordinator is an ambitious, talented individual passionate about social media and beauty, responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across platforms to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves planning, content creation, monitoring, and reporting, requiring thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong communication and multitasking skills. It is ideal for someone creative, analytical, and engaged with online communities, with opportunities to mentor Digital Marketing Interns.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of Social Media Marketing experience, agency experience preferred
  • Strong digital expertise, responsibility, and a digital-first mindset
  • Excellent copywriting and brand voice development skills
  • Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Experience with tools like Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
  • Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast environment
  • Receptive to feedback and continuous learning
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally

Workflow Within The Account Services Team: Coordinators support managers with social objectives, prioritize tasks, plan proactively, work efficiently across multiple accounts, and problem-solve with solutions and resourcefulness. Organizational skills and big-picture thinking are essential, along with creativity to develop social-first ideas, manage campaigns, and stay updated on trends.
