Job summary

Shine Blume Creative in San Diego, CA seeks a Social Media Coordinator to tell stories, stay ahead of digital trends, and bring brands online. You will craft content, manage calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, and engage audiences directly.

You will design graphics in Canva, shoot and edit short-form video on an iPhone, and juggle multiple client deadlines with a creative, collaborative mindset. Start Spring 2027, 6–12 months, $1,000–$1,500 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Understanding what makes content perform on social media.
• Familiar with current social media trends and algorithm updates.
• Ability to write clear, concise, engaging short-form copy.
• Comfort with graphic design and video editing using Canva and IG tools.
• Skill in shooting and editing short-form video on an iPhone.

• Creating content calendars for clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
