Join Our Team

We are looking for experienced Social Media Content Specialists available to work a combination of shifts, including:

• Days - 8AM to 4PM North American Central Time
• Evenings - 4PM to 12AM North American Central Time
• Overnight - 12AM to 8AM North American Central Time

Shifts are throughout the week and on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on our clients’ social channels, using their brand voice.
• Create engaging written content to increase participation across social channels.
• Provide excellent experiences to our clients’ audiences through social media interactions.
• Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through appropriate channels.
• Understand clients’ social media strategies, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines to communicate effectively.
• Ensure community safety policies and brand guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

• Native fluency in English; additional languages (C2 proficiency) are an asset.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Permanent residency in Canada.
• Open and flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends.
• Experience in moderating and engaging across social media platforms.
• Proficiency in creating content that aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
• Ability to adapt tone and voice per customer.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Interest and knowledge in content moderation across multiple industries.
• Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.
• An active Facebook account.

Note: Opportunities for full-time (32-40 hours) and part-time (24-32 hours) work are available. Shifts are 8 hours, with availability required across the outlined schedule.

Additional Information:

The hourly pay range is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province, whichever is higher. Pay depends on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits such as medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and others are available for employees working at least 22 hours per week.
