We are looking for experienced Social Media Content Specialists available to work a combination of shifts including:

• Days - 8AM to 4PM North American Central Time
• Evenings - 4PM to 12AM North American Central Time
• Overnight - 12AM to 8AM North American Central Time

These shifts are throughout the week and on weekends.

What awaits you?

• Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on our clients’ social channels, using their brand voice.
• Create engaging written content to encourage participation and increase engagement.
• Provide excellent experiences to our clients’ audiences through social channels.
• Escalate issues, opportunities, and insights through appropriate channels.
• Understand and adhere to our clients’ social media strategies, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure community safety policies and brand guidelines are followed by all members.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Native fluency in English; additional languages (C2 proficiency) are an asset.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Permanent residency in Canada.
• Flexible availability to work a combination of shifts during weekdays and weekends.
• Experience in moderating and engaging across social media platforms.
• Ability to craft content using brand voice and guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Interest and knowledge in content moderation across industries.
• Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.
• An active Facebook account.

Note: Both full-time (32-40 hours) and part-time (24-32 hours) opportunities are available. All shifts are 8 hours, with a mix of the outlined days and times.

Additional Information

The hourly pay range is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province, whichever is higher. Pay is based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits such as medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and others are available for employees working at least 22 hours/week.
