We are looking for experienced Social Media Content Specialists available to work a combination of shifts, including:

• Days – 8AM to 4PM North American Central Time
• Evenings – 4PM to 12AM North American Central Time
• Overnight – 12AM to 8AM North American Central Time

Shifts may include weekdays and weekends.

What awaits you?

• Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on our clients’ social channels, using their brand voice.
• Craft creative written content to increase engagement across social channels.
• Provide excellent experiences to audiences through social channels.
• Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through relevant channels.
• Understand clients’ social media strategies, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines to communicate effectively.
• Ensure compliance with community safety policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Native fluency in English; additional languages (C2 proficiency) are an asset.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Permanent residency in Canada.
• Open and flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Professional experience moderating and engaging across all social media platforms.
• Experience creating engaging content in the social media space, following brand guidelines.
• Ability to adapt tone and voice to match each client.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Interest and knowledge in content moderation across multiple industries.
• Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.
• An active Facebook account.

Note: Full-time (32-40 hours) and part-time (24-32 hours) roles are available. Shifts are 8 hours, with a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Additional Information

The hourly pay range is $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province, whichever is higher. Pay depends on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more for those working at least 22 hours/week.
