Charlie's Produce, the West Coast's largest employee-owned produce wholesaler, seeks a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to shape and execute our digital strategy. You will own social media content, photography, video creation, and online brand assets while coordinating a unified calendar across divisions.

You'll manage digital assets, monitor campaign performance, support sales initiatives, and assist with events and industry activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, photography or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
• Product and food photography experience preferred.
• Experience planning and directing photo and video shoots.
• Proficiency in photo editing and basic video production.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot) and content management systems (WordPress).
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and visual content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Social Media Management: lead unified strategy, calendar, and campaigns; monitor KPIs.
• Digital Asset Management & Photography: organize shoots, manage in-house photo studio, update image library.
• General Marketing Responsibilities: support sales materials, develop assets for websites and campaigns, monitor market trends, assist with websites and events.
