Job summary

Harmless Harvest is seeking an Associate Manager, Social Content & Community in Oakland, CA to shape the brand's social voice across platforms. You'll conceptualize and create content, manage the calendar, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and e‑commerce teams to drive engagement and campaigns.

Reporting to the Director of Brand Communications, you’ll lead real-time social moments, coordinate with influencers, and optimize performance using Sprout Social and other tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional social media experience in consumer brands.
• Strong ability to create engaging, brand-aligned social content.
• Experience filming and editing social-first video content.
• Ability to manage influencer and creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily content calendar across Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor community comments and maintain brand voice.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and influencers.
• Pull monthly performance reports and optimize content.
