Ocean Spray is seeking a visionary Manager, Social Media Strategy & Content to lead the evolution of our organic social ecosystem from our Boston base. You will shape a modern social vision, elevate the brand, and drive consumer engagement through strategic content and creator partnerships.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with hands-on expertise in brand storytelling, audience engagement, and social-first content development while scaling a best-in-class social function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead social strategies for major brands.
• Experience building content ecosystems.
• Experience managing agencies/creators and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of social landscape and platform trends.

Responsibilities

• Define Ocean Spray’s social vision and content strategy.
• Lead organic social content strategy across channels.
• Build and scale social capabilities including team structures and processes.
• Manage social agency partners, creators, and tech vendors.
• Drive performance through KPIs, insights, and continuous improvement.
