Job summary

TMS List seeks a part-time Social Media & Content Manager to build our digital presence for a three-clinic TMS group. You will create content about mental health awareness, TMS education, and patient stories (with consent).

The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule and room to grow into a full-time brand position as we expand. You’ll manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, write blog posts and patient education articles, and produce short-form videos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media management experience.
• Portfolio of healthcare or B2C content.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with HIPAA when discussing patient stories.
• Understanding of mental health stigma and how to address it sensitively.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Write blog posts and patient education articles.
• Produce short-form video content.
• Respond to comments and DMs (brand voice only).
• Coordinate with clinic staff on content needs.
• Track engagement metrics and iterate.
