Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to develop and execute a remote East Coast–focused social media program. The role collaborates with facilities, creates engaging content, and uses analytics to grow reach and engagement.

Qualifications include 2+ years in social media, proficiency with Hootsuite and Adobe tools, and excellent communication skills. Healthcare experience is a plus in a friendly, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Social Media Management experience.
• Proficient with Hootsuite and Photoshop.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
• Plan, create, publish, and share content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage WhatsApp communication per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.
• Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software.
• Create editorial calendars.
• Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology.
• Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.
• Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals.
