We’re looking for a Social Media + Content Manager to lead Fellow’s social media presence, content strategy, and community engagement. This role involves building Fellow into a cultural conversation, amplifying organic moments, and creating engaging content that fosters brand love.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and requires in-office presence 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute Fellow’s social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring high-quality, on-brand storytelling.
- Engage with the community, including customers and creators, to deepen relationships.
- Manage partnerships with content creators and influencers.
- Oversee influencer programs, ensuring brand alignment.
- Create content franchises to build engagement and loyalty.
- Identify and amplify organic cultural moments relevant to Fellow.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce diverse content.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on trends, platform shifts, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years in social media, content strategy, or brand marketing.
- Experience managing a brand’s social presence and community at scale.
- Strong writing and content development skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Experience in lifestyle, coffee, food & beverage, or design brands is a plus.
