Influencer Marketing Manager

What We’re Seeking:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Influencer Marketing Manager to launch and scale our creator, affiliate, and ambassador programs for two new brands debuting in January 2026—a performance-driven athletic supplement brand and a wellness-centric mocktail brand designed for Gen Z and Millennial consumers.

This is a rare opportunity to own the influencer strategy from the ground up. You’ll architect and run the entire ecosystem—sourcing high-impact creators, launching a private ambassador community, activating TikTok Shop affiliates, and leading everything from gifting to UGC challenges to paid collabs that actually convert. Your work will put our brands on the cultural map and drive real, measurable growth.

You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—building scalable systems, delivering performance-driven campaigns, and turning creator relationships into long-term growth channels across TikTik, Instagram, and more. You’ll write and negotiate contracts, lead cross-functional content distribution, and make sure every creator partnership is set up to win. You’ll report directly to our Acquisition Marketing Director and collaborate closely with Creative, Retention, and Web teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and Own a Scalable Influencer Engine: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our influencer, creator affiliate, and ambassador programs for our two newest brands. You’ll design systems from scratch—establishing KPIs, testing frameworks, and repeatable workflows that drive awareness, advocacy, and conversion.
  • Launch a Private Ambassador Community: Create and grow a high-impact, brand-aligned ambassador program that fosters loyalty and connection. You’ll turn customers into advocates, building a tight-knit community that drives content, word-of-mouth, and repeat purchase behavior.
  • Source and Vet High-Impact Creators: Identify, assess, and recruit nano and micro-influencers whose content, voice, and audience match our brand’s ethos. You’ll own influencer discovery with a sharp eye for creators who convert, focusing primarily on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Run Campaigns that Drive Performance and Brand: Launch and manage a full range of influencer initiatives—from product seeding and gifting to co-branded content, TikTok Shop activations, affiliate campaigns, and UGC challenges. You’ll define goals, timelines, and deliverables for every partnership.
  • Own Creator Affiliate Relationships: Serve as the point person for creator affiliates—overseeing onboarding, briefs, incentives, and communication. You’ll build lasting partnerships with creators who drive performance and brand equity.
  • Deliver World-Class Briefs and Feedback: Write clear, compelling briefs that translate brand strategy into creative direction. You’ll review all content for brand fit, accuracy, and compliance, providing actionable feedback to ensure top-tier output.
  • Amplify Creator Content: Distribute top-performing influencer content across paid media, email, social, and site. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure creator assets drive performance across the funnel.
  • Use Data to Guide Decisions: Track affiliate link data, discount code usage, and content engagement to report on performance. You’ll use insights to optimize campaign strategy, creator incentives, and overall program ROI.
  • Draft and Own Creator Contracts: Create, negotiate, and manage contracts for influencer, affiliate, and ambassador partnerships. You’ll ensure all terms are clear and compliant—protecting the brand while enabling scalable, streamlined collaboration.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve on Platforms and Tools: Keep our programs cutting-edge by staying fluent in the latest influencer marketing platforms—from TikTok Creator Marketplace and Lumanu to affiliate dashboards, social listening, and outreach tools. You’ll continuously identify and implement tech that drives smarter sourcing, faster activation, and better performance tracking.

  • Affiliate and Ambassador Program Management: You’ve built or managed creator affiliate and ambassador programs from the ground up. You understand how to structure incentives, track performance, and build repeatable workflows that drive ROI without losing the magic of authentic creator connection.
  • Creative Instincts and Platform Fluency: You have a sharp eye for what works on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms. You stay plugged into trends, formats, and creator culture—and you know how to translate brand strategy into creative campaigns that feel native, engaging, and high-converting.
  • Content Quality and Brand Consistency: You know how to write sharp briefs and provide actionable feedback to ensure content hits the mark—on-brand, accurate, and high-performing. You’ve helped shape creator voice and guardrails to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Data-Driven, Test-and-Learn Mindset: You track what matters—affiliate link data, discount code performance, engagement metrics—and you use those insights to iterate, optimize, and scale. You’re comfortable setting KPIs and adjusting tactics based on real results.
  • Strong Operational Acumen: You’ve written and negotiated influencer contracts, managed FTC compliance, and worked across tools like Lumanu, Carro, or affiliate dashboards. You understand the details that keep programs efficient, compliant, and scalable.
  • Strong Communicator Across Formats: You write clearly, present confidently, and communicate with intention—whether you’re drafting briefs, giving feedback, or aligning stakeholders. You know how to tailor your message to creators, cross-functional teammates, or leadership with equal clarity.
  • Highly Organized and Self-Directed: You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can build systems, manage calendars, and juggle multiple creator relationships at once. You’re detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing programs with speed and precision.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 4+ years of e-commerce / digital marketing experience required.
  • Experience with tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok Shop Affiliates, Lumanu, Carro, and social listening or outreach platforms. You’re also comfortable navigating Slack, Notion, Google Suite, and other affiliate management software programs.
  • Strong written and verbal skills required.
