Chariot Claims is seeking a creative Social Media Associate to own strategy, ideation, and execution across all social channels. You’ll manage the content calendar, brainstorm campaign ideas, and coordinate with influencers to scale our reach.

You’re comfortable getting in front of the camera for quick TikToks and Reels. You’ll thrive by staying ahead of trends on TikTok and IG, managing fast-turn ideas, and measuring performance to iterate effectively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Comfortable creating quick-shot videos and engaging with audiences in real time.
• Experience coordinating with creators and influencers to scale reach.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, BlueSky, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and brainstorm in-house, managing UGC and influencer content.
• Shoot and appear in quick-turn content as needed.
• Track performance, test formats, and iterate based on results.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a fun, authentic brand voice.
• Maintain cohesive, on-brand content aligned with campaigns.
