Job summary

Roserockmarketing seeks a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to craft content and manage client accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. You will shoot on-site photos, edit short videos, and perform light graphic design to grow brand visibility.

Support the CEO and Director of Social Operations, coordinate campaigns, and schedule posts. Flexible hours with occasional remote work and local OKC travel. Include your portfolio link and social handles with your resume.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with social media and marketing campaigns, with a portfolio to show.
• Proficient with major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Google.
• Familiar with public speaking and able to engage an audience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively on assignments.
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Create content for multiple social media accounts (on-site photography, short-form video creation, and minimal graphic design).
• Represent the client publicly, including on-camera for campaigns, interviews, and public speaking across all social media platforms.
• Develop and execute every step of content creation: ideation, filming, editing, and posting for campaigns that align with client objectives and increase brand awareness.
• Upload and schedule social media posts monthly.
• Analyze, monitor, and communicate social media trends.
• Work under the general supervision of the Director of Social Operations while coordinating projects for clients.
• Independently manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
• Use a personal device on occasion to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
