What You'll Do:

• Create Impact: Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies that engage and inspire. Utilize skills in photography, videography, and copywriting to craft compelling campaigns.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work with Creative, Strategy, and Digital teams to produce content that resonates with target audiences. Manage editorial calendars and client approvals to ensure quality.
• Drive Engagement: Partner with writers, designers, photographers, brand ambassadors, and producers to bring content ideas to life. Focus on content that boosts brand awareness and conversions.
• Lead and Innovate: Keep up with industry trends in digital content, social media, and marketing. Collaborate with the Director of Social Engagement to optimize content across channels.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Creator: Minimum of 3 years in content creation, photography, videography, copywriting, or content strategy, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
• Skilled Communicator: Excellent writing and editing skills, adaptable to different platforms.
• Digital Native: Deep understanding of social media and messaging strategies.
• Organizational Wizard: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Storyteller and Analyst: Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and data-driven decision-making.

This is a temp-to-hire position in north Pittsburgh, PA, with a hybrid work model (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite). 100% remote work is not available. Compensation ranges from $28/hr to $35/hr, based on experience.
