Clic Haus is a Chicago-based creator network designed to discover, train, and manage entertainment-based live streamers on TikTok LIVE.
As an official partner of TikTok, we serve as the bridge between TikTok and emerging streamers who need training, infrastructure, and audience-building support. Whether creators want to go LIVE part-time, for fun, or build a serious income stream, we help them succeed.
About The Role
The Social Media Specialist will support the growth of Clic Haus’s digital presence across multiple social platforms, with an emphasis on TikTok and TikTok creators as our main target audience. You will work closely with our management and talent teams to promote our creator network, attract talent, and tell the Clic Haus story.
This role involves daily content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking — all with the goal of elevating Clic Haus as a leading creator network and attracting new talent.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation
- Create visually engaging social media content, including short-form videos, graphics, copy, photos, and memes.
- Work with creators and internal teams to highlight Clic Haus talent and success stories.
- Maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and recruitment cycles.
- Attend live streaming sessions and Clic Haus events to capture content opportunities.
Maintain & Grow Social Media Presence
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor and engage with our community: respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries with brand voice and professionalism.
- Build relationships with creators and community members to foster engagement and loyalty.
Strategy & Insights
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive creator recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Analyze platform insights and performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, and campaign results to inform decisions and future initiatives.
What You’ll Need: Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations is a plus.
- Heavy social media user, especially on TikTok — deeply familiar with platform culture, trends, features, and content best practices.
- 1–2 years of experience creating content for a brand, with a strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement.
- Proficient in using tools like CapCut, Canva, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, engaging, and platform-native copy.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Both analytical and creative — able to interpret data and continuously optimize content performance.
Even Better If You Have (Preferred)
- Experience with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Previous experience working in a creator network, talent agency, entertainment, or digital media environment.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising tools and strategy.
- Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, etc.
- Multilingual — proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is a strong plus.
