Job description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Guru to support Nordic Women in Tech Awards digital team across a variety of tasks related to social media content and brand activation. You, together with the rest of the Marketing and Communications team, will be responsible for managing NWiTA's social media presence and branding.
This role will offer you a diverse learning experience, covering various topics.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Content calendar planning and execution.
• Campaign asset preparation.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance effectiveness of digital campaigns.
• Create SoMe strategies that serve our 8K+ community.
• Use your freedom to create and innovate.
• Support NWiTA’s outreach and dissemination.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written English.
• Passionate about the topic of DEIB.
• Flexible and open-minded personality.
• Go-getter & Doer.
• Someone who doesn't hesitate to take initiative.
• Having a creative mindset, changemaker drive, and experience in video editing/reels is a plus.
