Position Overview

Live Action is seeking a full-time Social Media Content Creator (SMCC) to produce compelling content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, thrives on camera, understands digital trends, and can develop creative, engaging content that aligns with our mission.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as on-camera talent for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
2. Develop and implement content strategies to enhance audience engagement.
3. Create various content formats, including videos and reels.
4. Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms.
5. Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and produce viral and evergreen content.
6. Write scripts, captions, and calls-to-action that reflect Live Action’s voice.
7. Engage with audiences through comments and messages.
8. Coordinate with videographers and editors for high-quality content production.
9. Support influencer partnerships and cross-promotional efforts.
10. Represent Live Action at events or media appearances as needed.

Requirements

1. Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
2. Deep understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
3. Ability to script, produce, and present content independently.
4. Passion for the pro-life movement and basic knowledge of pro-life apologetics.
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
6. Comfortable with feedback and iterative content development.
7. Experience in video editing or familiarity with editing tools is a plus.
