The Opportunity: We're looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to rapidly grow Mentla’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.

What You’ll Do:

1. Create, edit, and publish engaging content primarily on TikTok and IG, with supplementary content on Twitter and Reddit.
2. Act as the on-camera personality and ambassador for Mentla, bringing warmth, relatability, and charisma to our digital presence.
3. Develop creative social campaigns (short-form videos, memes, written posts) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
4. Leverage AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize content performance, engagement, and follower growth.
5. Respond authentically to the community, fostering conversations and building trust and enthusiasm around Mentla’s AI therapy.
6. Monitor social trends closely, proactively capitalizing on relevant opportunities to boost visibility.

Who You Are:

1. A hustler with self-drive and high energy. You can output volume consistently.
2. A passionate social media superstar with a proven track record of growing accounts substantially (please include account metrics/examples).
3. Comfortable, confident, and charismatic on camera.
4. Exceptional writing skills.
5. Capable of producing and editing visual and video content independently.
6. Savvy with AI tools and comfortable using them to maximize content efficiency and creativity.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated success growing a personal or business social media account significantly.
2. High attention to detail. When applying, please provide the total number of impressions you have generated on personal and/or company accounts.
3. Experience creating short-form video content specifically for TikTok and/or IG.
4. Strong communication skills, exceptional creativity, and proactive attitude.
5. Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing multiple content streams simultaneously.
6. Passion for mental health, technology, and AI.
7. The job is remote but only open to applicants based in the USA.

Nice to Haves:

1. Prior experience promoting mental health, digital health, wellness, or therapy products.
2. Passion for mental health.
3. Existing following or influence on TikTok or Instagram.
4. Familiarity with analytics tools (TikTok analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
5. Remote-first work environment; ideal candidates are in Honolulu, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Reno.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary dependent on experience plus benefits.
