Burdlife Jewelry seeks a part-time Social Media Content Creator to plan, produce, and publish content in-store and online at La Cantera, San Antonio. You will capture photo/video for campaigns, craft captions, and manage posting schedules to showcase Burdlife’s 18k gold fill and sterling silver jewelry.

You will collaborate with marketing and retail teams to support promotions, launches, and events, while engaging with followers and ensuring on-brand storytelling across platforms.

Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a part-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio. La Cantera, San Antonio.

This role focuses on planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social platforms to showcase Burdlife’s products, brand story, and in-store experiences. Daily responsibilities include capturing photo and video content, writing captions and short-form copy, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics. The Content Creator will collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to support campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and events, ensuring brand consistency and timely content delivery. The role also involves community management tasks such as responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and identifying opportunities to grow audience reach and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation and short-form copywriting, with experience in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, including basic shooting, editing, and optimizing visual content for social media.
• Experience with social media planning tools, content calendars, and analytics to track performance and refine content strategy.
• Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and trends in fashion or jewelry, with the ability to translate them into compelling content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact professionally with customers and staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation for retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is a plus.
