Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to join our Marketing team and report to our Marketing Manager, Digital & Partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, passionate about all things social. You’re looking for an opportunity to step up and show leadership in the marketing space. You are flexible, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment. You are excited about growing one of the hottest brands in the freezer aisle and love coming up with the occasional pun.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage organic & paid social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, manage and implement editorial calendars for all social platforms.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience independently, and in collaboration with the Creative team & UGC content creators.
  • Own UGC content creator budget and platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with other brands and UGC content creators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Creative team that aligns to overall marketing strategy, monitoring performance to adjust strategy.
  • Editing and creating videos, images, and reels.
  • Track and analyze social platforms metrics and performance data to inform content strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future content and strategy.

Who you Are:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role managing ad spend across social channels
  • Solid strategic & executional knowledge of social media and influencer programs
  • Solution-oriented and comfortable taking initiative, ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, continually changing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record growing organic social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X)
  • Experience as a content creator – you love creativity as much as calendaring
  • Agility and quick problem solving is a must in an ever-changing competitive landscape
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Meta Business Manager Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager, experience with Smartsheets, Iconosquare, and other social media reporting tools is a plus
  • Familiar with presenting to executive leadership is a plus
