Job summary

Adam Lane Smith is seeking a proactive Social Media Lead to own the account suite across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads and Pinterest, planning calendars weeks ahead and publishing end-to-end. You will review posts for copy, formats and CTAs, run daily channel audits, provide weekly analytics to executives, and collaborate with production to align strategy with platform specifics.

Qualifications

3+ years managing social media publishing for agencies or brands.
Proficiency with analytics across IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn.
Experience building social media funnels and growth strategies.
Strong copy accuracy and attention to detail; test-driven verification.
Native or near-native written English and excellent spoken English.
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a US time zone.
Respond to comments consistent with brand voice; references/test assignment.

Responsibilities

Own the social account suite across platforms and publish end-to-end.
Check posts for copy, format, captions, tags, CTAs; test funnels.
Run daily audits of channels and performance.
Provide weekly social media analytics and executive reports.
Collaborate with production on ideation and strategy per platform.
Lead community management and train moderators; handle high-profile interactions.
Grow the community management team and cover evenings/weekends.
Track all work in ClickUp with statuses and deadlines.
