Resilia is seeking a Content Manager, Social to own the social newsroom, manage the content calendar, scheduling, approvals, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, reporting to the Content Director.

You will collaborate with creators and agencies, oversee paid social boosting from setup to monitoring, and turn an established strategy into a lively, well-governed social presence with an engaged audience.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand, organization, or consumer-facing business.
• Experience managing content calendars, scheduling, publishing workflows, and approvals.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong community management skills, with brand-appropriate responses.
• Experience managing paid social content boosting, including campaign setup, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience coordinating content creators, agencies, and other creative partners.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time during EST hours.
