Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in community management, social media, or advocacy.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Social, PR, Influencer, Consumer Experience, Ecommerce, and Brand teams.
• Strong understanding of creator, influencer, and advocacy ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Grow Laneige's priority social platforms and cultivate brand advocates.
• Oversee daily engagement across social platforms with on-brand tone.
• Lead TYB and community activation programs and measure engagement.
