New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join the Experience & Digital Marketing team and help support the day-to-day execution of New York Life's organic social media program.

This role will operate as a generalist, supporting social listening, community management, content creation, publishing, reporting, and requests across core corporate brand channels and enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with social listening, community management, and reputation monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day social listening and community management across corporate channels.
• Draft, proofread, and produce organic social copy and short-form video content.
• Support social content calendar, publishing cadence, and approvals.
• Prepare monthly social media reporting and insights for stakeholders.
